Completed: the gentrification of Roadside Crag

The gentrification of the steep bit of Roadside Crag is now complete. All three bolted routes have now had leads and Pete has finished his crucial patio-ing of the ground below them.

Routes from left to right:
Thug Monkey F6c (seems to have settled at that grade)
Damian's Groove F7a+ (tentative grade - see previous blog entry)
Pokemon F7c (tentative grade)

A few pics of me on Pokemon

Setting up for the crux

Holding the worthless crimp

And pulling on it

Above the crux ... where are the footholds?

Last hard'ish move

Really, nice to see your climbing activity. Keep your spirit up.

I should add that the photos were taken while working the route. During a redpoint attempt the third bolt is unclippable until after the crux move.

Hi folks.. I am new to this area and I was wondering where I can find some climbing routes in and around RAK. Anyone know where I can find any guide books with locations for this area? Thanks

We have confidence in presenting India in a fashion that is quite unique, unexplored, and unhindered.
In Tamil Nadu alone there are over 3,000 temples and Temples in Tamilnadu alone can constitute an entirely tour package.
Delhi is also very famous due to the food, whether it
is the one that is accessible locally or the ones served at the world class hotels
and restaurants.
